Best pedigree chart maker?

I have to make a couple of pedigrees (not regular family trees) for a genetics talk I'm giving. They are destined to appear on PowerPoint slides. I see a couple of options online--does anyone have one to recommend? Thank you.

Windows, Mac, or web-based?

(I have been looking for this for a while, too, for my Mac! The web-based LucidCharts diagramming tool offered one, but it was really only a bunch of circles and lines for you to emulate. *sad trombone*.)

A little late on this, but the genetic counselors I work with use Proband on an iPad. Don't know if they make a Windows-based app.

It's a little limited, but probably the best app out there. There was a really good app that was developed by some people at CHOP, but CHOP (in their infinite wisdom) decided to yank funding and the app.
