Decent Temp Agencies in Kingston, Ontario?

I will be moving to Kingston, Ontario in the very near future and will be looking for work. Any suggestions re. decent temp agencies in town? I'll be looking for administrative positions, ideally in the public sector (government, higher education etc.), but I know the job market is really tough at the moment, so I'm definitely open to admin positions more broadly.

They are not a temp agency, but I would contact KEYS Job Centre. They are a well-established non-profit and offer plenty of useful services to help connect people with employment, free of charge. Their staff know the local job situation (and the temp agencies) very well.
