Outlook 2003 journal

Outlook 2003 journal. Is there a way to have an action performed on specific journal events ? I would like to have an email sent to my inbox for every phone journal entry as it gets created, is it possible to have Outlook 2003 perform such action ?

It's been a long time since I did development on top of Outlook, but I'm certain this can be done in code.

Have a look at slipstick.com -- if it's not possible through the interface, there might be an add-in or tutorial there.
