Chatroulette, but for a private group

In a dream world of mine, there is a video chat option where a group of people could join a private chat roulette and get randomly paired with people within the group. I've googled around and haven't found anything, but maybe you know - or know of a work around with in one of the major video chat options?

Best answer: Icebreaker is basically exactly this. My friend who works on it describes it as “chatroulette for private groups with conversation games/prompts”.

Best answer: Breakout rooms in zoom can randomly assign. Make them groups of 2.

Best answer: If you’re using Slack, Donut seems to be an app you can add to do this.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but close. Houseparty is a video social networking app that allows up to 8 people at once in a "room". You don't call someone to join but instead get a notification if someone in your group of friends is on the app. They also have games for people to play in the video rooms like Heads Up, Quick Draw, Trivia and Chips and Guac.
