What is the best paint pen for touch ups on chipped paint.

I need to touch up chipped paint on both furniture and my white or off white walls. Thank you in advance.

Best answer: I'd try a sharpie oil based paint pen on the furniture, but for a wall it's really best to use brushed or rolled paint of whatever finish the wall is, otherwise it's going to be super obvious where the touch up happened.

If it's a chipped part of the paint or anything more than a surface scuff you'll also want to put spackle over it and sand or it will be super obvious at best, at worst the paint just wont stick.
