Best Spanish streaming broadcast?

It looks like I may be called into the hospital soon--I am a pathology resident who speaks Spanish. What's the best internet-accessible streaming broadcast in Spanish? The more news, the better. The purpose is to get my ears ready to translate while I'm doing something else in the house. So far I've found CNN Argentina and Telemundo 47 NYC. CNN Español has too many English commercials on TuneIn to make it usable. I'm willing to pay something. Thanks for any ideas!

Do you know the region or country most people will be from or have connections to? Argentina is less likely to be it, and that accent is quite distinct, for example.

You can look up demographic data to get a sense for it. Try Census Reporter.

Once you know where people will be likely to come from, I recommend looking up radio stations from that region. You can stream most radio stations online. You could also look up university lectures on YouTube.

Thank you. Wishing you well.

Response by poster: I understand that accents vary widely. CNN Argentina is not ideal. I should clarify that I'm looking for something approximating US news so I can stay informed.

This may not fit the bill because Spanish from Spain, but there's good daily news shows to be streamed at rtve.es. There's also an rtve app so you can stream onto devices like a smart tv.

As you surely know, the coronavirus has hit very hard there, so it might be useful for you to take a look just to see how awful things may well get here, so as to brace yourself. The coverage is pretty unflinching.

¡Suerte!

Best answer: Some ideas:

Radio Deportes (USA)

Radio Fórmula (Mexico)

Cadena Ser (Spain)

Univision Radio

El Nuevo Herald (Miami, so Cuban influenced) (I'm not sure they have a stream)

Radio Ambulante is an excellent podcast with a big backlog of episodes!

Response by poster: For those interested, I found WADO, Spanish news and talk from NYC. But I am definitely still interested to hear ideas! Thank you.
