If you were writing an online document, intended to reassure and give safe, practical advice to UK restaurant staff that have had to shut down due to COVID 19, what advice would you include?
What advice would you definitely not include?
Any thoughts or pointers on legal ramifications would be brilliant too – especially in terms of protecting restaurant staff from concerns and liabilities.
Tips for wording and language are also welcome!
