How to unsubscribe - Amazon Prime digital movie channel

These are the instructions that Amazon provides, that I have tried to follow to unsubscribe to their Hollywood Suite movie channel. They don't work. "Auto-Renew (select digital subscriptions only) - Use the Auto-Renew On/Off option to stop the recurring charge for your subscription or free trial before the renewal date. Note: To cancel a membership or subscription, select the link under Advanced Controls. For more information, go to Cancel Subscribe with Amazon Subscriptions."

I can navigate to see Hollywood Suite. I can see and click on 'manage subscription'. Once there, there is no way to end the subscription. There is no 'advance controls' to click on. I have watched a few Youtube videos, but they don't reflect the screens/options I am seeing. I am stuck.

If it helps, I am still in the free 30 day trial. Please tell me how I can cancel this. Note - Amazon.ca

I'm working from the US site, but here's how I did it.

Go to the Your Account page (I link from the top right of the page where it says "Hello jraz Accounts & Lists")

Go down to middle right and click on "Prime Video Channels" under Memberships and Subscriptions.

Find the channel and there should be a cancel subscription option to the right. Click it and confirm.

One thing to try -- and it may or may not work here, but sometimes I find it helpful -- is turning off all your ad-blockers and script-blockers to see if there's something getting blocked that shouldn't be.

Phone them. Is there some reason you can't phone Amazon?

I asked Alexa to play some piece of music that somehow invoked a fee-paying subscription to Amazon Music. I still don't know which Alexa music is free and which music is not.

Anyway, I phoned Customer Service and the subscription was cancelled, confirmed by email, and the refund was issued in 10 minutes. Sad that we have to go through this, but that's part of the whole on-line thing, which is very convenient, except when it's not.

I had to do this yesterday when I was thoroughly bamboozled by how to cancel my SHOWTIME subscription. Had the same issue with the Memberships & Subscriptions page and eventually found this one (Amazon US): Manage Your Prime Video Channels. That page allowed me to cancel and/or change payments. There should (?) be an identical page on Amazon.ca, I would think/hope.
