Business forms - how to?

Business forms: price sheets, proposals, contracts.

So I've got some potential clients for my word of mouth marketing start-up, now I need to send them rate sheets, proposals, contracts, etc. Does anyone have suggestions for creating them? Any helpful links? Samples?

The Microsoft Download Center has lots of templates for business forms in various apps.

GAG's Graphic Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing & Ethical Guidelines(amazon link) has lots' of sample contracts, etc.

Nolo has alot of forms, and they explain what the significance of the parts of the contracts and stuff. I can't recommend their products enough.
