Where can one purchase a rock tumbler in Toronto or Hamilton?

Where can one purchase a rock tumbler in Toronto or Hamilton, Ontario? Are there stores other than Mastermind? All the stores I once knew have gone out of business. Would prefer to avoid Amazon at all costs. Thank you!

Maybe check Geologic on Queen? If they don't have have it they may know where to get one.

Are you looking for a grown-up one or a kids one? I've seen kids ones at Michael's, though I do not know if they are currently carrying them.

Yes, some Michael's have the kids' ones. You can now search Michael's Canada, which is a major bonus.

Cabela's Canada (Barrie) does not seem to carry the rock tumblers that the Cabela's in the US have.

Canadian Tire have a discontinued-but-still-in-stock tumbler, but it seems that's more for metal polishing. The Tire's stock control is atrocious, so expect disappointment.

If you're willing to brave US CBP and the traffic around Oakville, it looks like Harbor Freight sells them and there's a Harbor Freight in Niagara Falls Blvd Shopping Hell. Their web page doesn't seem to show what's in-store tho?

If it's not a gift, you could post to freecycle or a buy nothing group and probably get one. Many attics and garages have one collecting dust.
