no-egg vegetarian savory pies

I'm seeking tasty recipes for savory pies that are vegetarian and do not contain eggs. (Dairy is very welcome though.) Thanks!
My first thought was Spanakopita!
But I love pie, and I'll make all the leftovers into pie if I can.
I sometimes make a pie inspired by samosas. I can't seem to get the knack of folding them in the right way and deep frying them, so I make a pie crust with butter in it and bake it in the oven instead.

you'd have to use a different, egg-free pastry (I'd probably just buy puff pastry) but my point is that potato knish filling is delicious, filling and egg free. SK also offers a mushroom barley pie where the only egg is for glazing the pastry, therefore highly optional; just sub milk.

A lot of vegetarian pies use custards to bind the filling, so you may have better luck searching for “tart” recipes.
Winter:
Pissaladiere (onion tart)
Potato Tarte Tatin -
Summer:
Zucchini and ricotta tart
Tomato and mozzarella tart (I make a version of this with roasted eggplant added in there, too)
Or you can go pasty/pot pie direction, and there are a bunch of British-leaning veggie pies with no eggs (or egg washes you can omit). Most of the pies here fit your bill:

These fall into the "Hand pie" category, but I have been making the cheese pasties from Moosewood's "Sundays at Moosewood" cookbook for twenty years now. Cheese, veggies, pie crust, boom. You're welcome.

Chickpea flour makes a good quiche/frittata like base. I've made them even though I like egg fritattas as they're tasty, filling, and cheap.

You can make a decent vegetarian Cornish pasty with seasoned potato, swede/rutabaga, onion and cheese. Maybe chuck in some diced carrot and sweet peas.
A caramelised onion galette -- at a pinch just dump them on a square of pre-made puff pastry -- isn't the best meal, but cut into squares it's a good party food.

I just made a galette with mashed sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, pepitas and parmesan and it was so good. It was like a giant knish!

Homity pie by Cranks is simple but so good. This seems to be a recipe for individual pies but during the phase I had that I used to make it all the time, I just used to combine it and make a single one.
