Manhattan Webcam Treasure Hunt!

I have a challenge for any New York webcam enthusiasts: find me an outdoor webcam (traffic, weather, corporate, whatever) as close as possible to W Broadway and Franklin, Manhattan. You get bonus Really-Appreciate-Its if you can find a webcam with the Franklin Street 1,2,3 subway entrance in its line of sight.

(I'm not stalking anyone, by the way. I just want to be able to check daily weather and traffic conditions for a friend in the area.)

Oh, and I'm talking just public webcam URLs. Don't anyone read this question and suddenly start walking around Manhattan looking for cameras.

The weather at Broadway and Franklin is unlikely to be all that different from the weather anywhere else on the island.
