Quality and affordable leather bag and also shoes

Two part question. Seeking a camel leather convertible backpack that can pass as feminine-ish/androgynous but not super femme, and is big enough to hold an iPad and a few other things. Also seeking the best possible men's shoes for comfort, nonslip and longevity.

Bucket bag style is fine and other minimal style is fine. Having tried both multiple pockylet style and minimal giant storage style, I think I prefer less pockets overall and customizing the internal storage with my own smaller bags. I've perused Etsy and found some beautiful options but it looks like I'd have to drop over $200 for a quality bag. Here is an example of the silouette I'm looking for, and this style is also in the right wheelhouse but the bag here is a bit bigger than I think I need.

I have mixed feelings about leather vs vegan materials and am considering leather because quality leather will last longer and be less likely to add to a landfill sooner. I'm hoping to buy something that will age well and hold up for many years to my active lifestyle as a work friendly purse and general day pack. I have more everyday carry than I'd like for medical reasons but don't want too much bulk.

The men's shoes need to: work for food service hence have good traction, be available in black, and be suitable for someone who is very hard on their personal belongings. I suggested to them to get some Frye boots and they said unless those have a lifetime warranty there is no sense spending much on their work shoes. This person wears their work shoes out in 6 months or less to the point the shoes are separating from the soles etc. This person has wide flat feet and hip pain so shoes with good support are vital.

For the shoes, what is the budget? I am a fan of Ecco, but they're in the $200 price point, give or take.

They offer black, full grain leather uppers, and the soles are similar material as roller blade wheels so - great wear resistance, great grip, quite comfortable. High quality construction.

For bags, go to sorellahandbags.com.au and check out the Adelaide (in fact, check them all out, their bags are gorgeous). They’re made from Italian leather. They have many, many colours and styles, you’ll question the price because it’s dirt cheap and think there’s something wrong with them. I know I did, but nope. I like them so much I went back and bought three different bags and they’re all great. Plus they’re having a sale now. I don’t know if they ship to the States, but it’s a small business and the owner is very nice so just ask.
