Help me remember a short movie

ShortMovieFilter: need help identifying and locating a quirky animated movie I saw years ago on the Internet.

It's been a while, so I may be short on the details. The basic plot of the movie goes something like this. A miserable and depressed guy is working a dead-end job in a factory. When he's not working at the factory, he spends his time inventing some gizmo. Said gizmo goes public with great success, and the former factory grunt becomes a wealthy factory owner himself. The movie ends with the former grunt as the evil factory owner, and cuts to another assembly-line grunt looking similarly depressed.

Again, it's been years, so I am reasonably sure that I screwed up at least some of the details. Does anyone remember this at all?

Huzzah. Cyphill rocks. Thank you, good sir.

(I do recommend you guys check out the movie - it's wonderful, and my abbreviated description certainly doesn't do it justice.)

Here's one for bonus brownie points: is there any place where I can download and save the movie? The link Cyphill posted opens up an embedded QuickTime movie, and I can't figure out how to save it.
