Question: RSS aggregators for Firefox?

What RSS aggregators do you recommend (especially for Firefox)?

Either a website or an in-browser app for Firefox will do quite nicely. I was into RSS for some time before, but my reader ate my feeds one day, and well, I quit.

Sage is very clean, nice and easy to use. Designed for Firefox, so it definitely integrates into the browser nicely. Highly recommended.

I've been using terribly named but wonderfully functional Bloglines for a while now after trying several others. I recommend is mostly because you can access your feeds from anywhere.

Don't forget there are plugins (LiveLines) to make Ffx work more seamlessly with Bloglines.

Oh, and one thing I didn't mention about Sage (idk about Bloglines) is that it's the kind of aggregator where you don't have to read one entry at a time; with many blogs (like Gawker sites, MeFi, etc) you can read all the posts/entries on one page. I've always liked that feature, unlike with Google's feed reader, for example, where you have to click on each entry title to read each entry.

Bloglines does the same thing apple scruff says Sage does. You can also group various sites together into a folder and read all the new posts for that folder at once, or view every new post from every site you're subscribed to.

How about a site like Netvibes? I didn't get into RSS until I found out about this site, and it's now my start page.

There are more to choose from at the bottom of this post.

Definitely Sage. I recently was pulled (or should I say pushed) into the RSS way of scanning my daily sites, and installed and tried most of the common RSS readers and sites. Sage was by far the standout in performance and design.

I wanted a something a little more streamlined, both in appearance and clicks, to my style of surfing (pell-mell, tabs-oriented, gtd-mindset). So I started fooling around with the javascript and wound up with Fleche, an unofficial mod of Sage 1.3.6. It is basically Sage with a modified interface. I haven't looked into releasing it in any official way, but feel free to give it a whirl.

Bloglines is my favourite. The only problem I have with it is if you want to mark a whole section of blog entries (accidentally click the blog tag, and don't have time to read all 200 updates to every blog?) you have to individually click each entry to keep it. Pain in the arse. But otherwise, it's sooo nice! No need to install anything, view your RSS feeds from ANYWHERE. :)
antifuse, just click on "mark all new" in the top line (just above the feed title).

Back on-topic, another vote for bloglines.

Bloglines. My employer filters all non-approved internet applications which rules out all aggregators that are not web based. Bloglines works great for me. I use it five or six days a week as the first site I visit. Don't tell my employer I'm reading Ask MeFi at work, please.

shoepal: Well, if you have a LiveJournal account you can subscribe to RSS feeds. Although, you need a paid account to create livejournal RSS feed accounts for any particular thing you might want that hasn't already been created.

Generally I use LiveJournal for RSS feeds of my friends' blogs from typepad, blogspot, etc. so that they all just show up in the same interface in the same place. Seems to work pretty well for me.
