Does the repeated presence of tissues in this artwork by Japanese artist/ illustrator Misaki Tanaka symbolize something...

...other than terrific sex is messy?

Tissues are a repeated element in her more sexual pieces. Does anyone know if they have a meaning beyond the obvious?

Best answer: It's a common symbol for "this is how many times they came", so not specific to this artist.
