Where can I find these pendant lights?

I really like these drop pendant lights that I saw recently at a Panera restaurant. I have been searching for them (or similar style) online to no avail. Can someone help me find them? Key requirements: brushed nickel finish, dark red/amber color mix, shape as shown in photo.

Response by poster: Sorry: not brushed nickel. I meant to say oil-rubbed bronze.

This one is so close, but only seems to be available in brushed nickel. I found it in this search on Houzz.

Access Lighting merlot bronze; there are a number of different styles. Their line is available at Home Depot.

The "oil-rubbed bronze" part is entirely achievable via paint (Rust-Oleum has both a spray and a liquid), so don't let that stop you.

Closest I could find come from Besa Lighting. There’s Pera 6 and Karli. They both come in a bronze finish with different color options.
