The best penne arrabbiata in Chicago

What the title says! It's almost my birthday and I want to eat the best penne arrabbiata in Chicago. Bonus points for good atmosphere, burrata, outdoor seating, and easy to get to on public transit, but all of those things are negotiable.

Best answer: I haven’t done enough research to declare this the best, but I can highly recommend the penne arrabiata at Club Lucky in Wicker Park. The restaurant is not revolutionary but it is consistently excellent, and it gets two bonus points for having an outdoor patio and being fairly close to the Damen blue line stop. Happy Birthday!

Best answer: Buona Terra has a beautiful Pennine al'Arabiata and wonderful burrata, among other treats. No outdoor seating, but right off the Logan Square blue line stop. I've had lots of wonderful meals there over the years--it's authentic, family owned, and damn good.
