Brief poem about anxiety

A few years ago I read a short (2-3 sentence?) poem about anxiety/fear. It may have been in The Sun or The Believer magazine. It went something like "You spend your life afraid that something will happen. Then it happens and you worry that it will happen again." Does anyone know the poem I'm thinking of?
