Go-to stores for Midcentury Modern decor?

I've inherited blonde Heywood-Wakefield dining set and a lookalike piano. I'd like more midmod inspired decor to go with this furniture.

I don't have the time to go the resale, thrifting route. Looking for throw pillows, possible art or wall decor on a budget.

Allmodern is a good one.

West Elm. I purchased bedroom furniture from them about 5 years ago, and was happy with delivery and quality. Delivery took a little while, but I'm not in major city.

Joybird. I have never purchased from them, just see their ads and they have the midmod look.

Etsy is another option. I've eyed stuff but don't have a particular seller to recommend.

If you'll consider it, there also is a surprising amount of decent midmod stuff at Target and Walmart if you look at their websites.

Article is pretty good. We got a sofa from them last year and like it so far.

+1 for Target, they have some GREAT stuff, especially online.

Joybird is fantastic, but pricey. Look out for sales and sign up for their emails.

Check Crate and Barrel - don't forget their Kids tab!

Etsy can be great for both actual vintage and handmade items, especially art. For throw pillows, consider getting true vintage or reproduction fabric and making your own. Envelope style pillow cases are very easy.

Ikea will sometimes have some mid century inspired pieces, but it's also a great place for throw pillow inserts.

Places like Amazon and Wayfair (all modern) also have options if you are okay with shopping there.

Best answer: I will also recommend Target -- specifically their mid-mod Project 62 line. It has a lot of good home accessories for not too much. I've bought several Project 62 pieces and I've liked them quite a bit (and I have no complaints about the quality).

Not everything is sold in every store, but I've found it helpful to shop online, see if it's at a Target nearby, and then go look at it in person when possible.

Retrocraft is run by two sisters, and they refurb vintage MCM. Fantastic pieces, they really have the eye.

We just did the entire public living area in our new house w/ Article. Two chairs, two sofas, dining table/chairs, console. We're super-happy w/ the price vs. quality equation -- it's definitely a HUGE step up from IKEA in quality, but only a mild step up in price, and it's all mid-mod. If you're interested in specifics, MeMail me.
