Help requesting reports from court case

I don't have a legal background, so this might be a very naive question. I'm trying to request some actuarial reports from a court case.

The case is here. In the court decision, section 5.5.2.2 it says that both sides submitted expert reports regarding pension value. I was sent a copy of a list of the court documents available that relate to the case. But, I can't tell which of the items listed would contain the reports I'm looking for. I don't really understand what a lot of the descriptions would be referring to. Can anyone tell me what they would likely be under?

Speaking as a US lawyer rather than Canadian, I would sadly guess that they were likely "exhibits" which were disposed of (per last page of the docket sheet, your second link).

You can try canlii.org thats where I go to read canadian court rulings. Also the relevant courts website likely has a link to who to call for any other public documents.

It looks to me like the exhibits were destroyed. It is not uncommon for the exhibits in an action like this to be subject to a protective order that requires the parties to destroy certain discovery material at the conclusion of the litigation.

You can request a transcript, which will have discussion of the exhibits. Transcripts are expensive however. You can also reach out personally to the plaintiff and request the report, but the likelihood of ten sharing is quite minimal unless you give a justification in alighnment with their values.
