Help me find this cold salad recipe because I'm too hot to cook

I used to make this recipe all the time -- a cold (or room temp) quinoa salad with grapes, feta, scallions and a lemon/olive oil dressing. I've been just doing it via memory for a while, but I'd really like to find the actual recipe and I seriously can't. Help.

I'm not a huge cook, so I feel like this recipe should be easily findable on one of the major recipe sites -- it would have to be in some sort of major publication or website to cross my path. Martha Stewart was my #1 guess but I can't find it there.

What I remember: cook the quinoa, quarter the grapes the long way so they're sort of in slivers, create some kind of lemon and olive oil dressing, toss it all together with feta and scallions. (Maybe there's more? I don't know! I want to figure out the proportions better than I've been doing it on my own.)

It definitely does not include: tomatoes, olives, cumin, celery, avocado, mint, any nuts, cucumber, apple, thyme, orzo, oregeno, anything to make it seem like a Greek salad beyond feta, red pepper, coriander.

Where's my missing recipe?

This is really close but has almonds and a balsamic dressing. Might help with the proportions, though.

Has mint but seems close otherwise. Saw another version with kale.

This recipe also has peas but otherwise sounds similar.

Possible you saw this bulgur salad on Martha Stewart (also saw it on PBS.org) and just substituted quinoa.

Response by poster: Those are all in the range, but not it. I'm holding out that someone will find IT just to make me super happy. :)

I made it last night, and in an attempt to make it more lemony (as I remember), I added lemon zest...but that was wrong. It wasn't the right sort of lemony -- perfumey but not sour.

Best answer: Okay, since none of those are it, I'm going to post my version -- what I've cobbled together -- just for future reference. This makes a very large batch because ours is a family that requires leftovers.

2 cups of uncooked quinoa -- cook it and then let it cool down.

Then toss into the quinoa:

-- 6 fat scallions or 12 skinny ones. Slice the whites and the leafier part of the green (skip the middle).

-- 20-40+ grapes, depending on size. Quarter them lengthwise into slivers. You want a grape in every bite or so.

-- 6 oz. of crumbled feta.

-- Whisk together a dressing with the juice of 2 medium lemons and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Toss that all together and let the flavors meld for a little while. Add more of anything you think is underrepresented. You want a bit of sweet and salty and sour in every bite.
