Names for two sister kittens

Tomorrow we welcome two young sisters into our home from their foster family. They're currently called Ruby and Shuri, but as they ignore their names anyway, we'd like to rename them something linked. So far, the family argument list is Brunhilda & Sigrdrifa, Willow & Blossom, Friday & Saturday, Starlight & Moondust, Monkey & Mouse, but nothing is quite clicking. Pop culture, feminist and historical names are great. I promise photos in updates. They are pure black with bobtails and very active.

Best answer: Bonny and Read!

Because if there was ever the perfect opportunity to name adorable sister kittens after lady pirates, this would be it.

Best answer: I like Starlight and Moondust! But there's also...

Betsy and Tacy

Elinor and Marianne

Scout and Jem (Jem was a boy, but it could be short for Jemma or Jemima)

Eva and Zsa Zsa

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern - Rosie and Gilda for short

Rosie and Jenny, the Dolly Sisters

Ruth and Esther

Mary and Elizabeth (after the Tudor queens)

Christine Cagney and Mary Beth Lacey

Bibbidi and Bobbidi

A friend of mine has twin girl kits named Elektra and Calypso, which I find adorable.

Best of luck with the new kitties! Twin cats are awesome.

Response by poster: Please meet Max and Eleven: staking out their favourite pillow on the bed and curled up together asleep on a chair.

All the names that made our family list have been favourited, but my bad parenting choice of letting my seven year old watch Stranger Things triumphed.
