Apple Music Family Plan — How to (selectively) share playlists?

I was planning to upgrade my individual Apple Music subscription to a family plan to share with my mom who lives in a different state. (we both have iPhones) Don't know anything about how this works. Does it automatically share my playlists with everyone on the family plan? (Hopefully not) Or is there a way I can select just a few playlists to share with her, via the family plan subscription? Thanks.

Family plan members have their own Apple IDs, and their own playlists. Everyone has access to each other's purchased music, but not their playlists. You can share each playlist with anyone you like, family member or not, but playlists aren't automatically available to everybody in the family.

Yeah, Family Plan is separate from what you are asking for.
