Pokemon card interpretation

What's the best place to go for "official" interpretations of confusing text on Pokemon cards? Most sites, including the official Pokemon card database, just repeat the text on the cards.

These issues come up pretty regularly (likely a result of limited space on the card leading to confusing syntax), and it would be nice to have a place to go for answers. I've tried googling each instance, but this means sifting through hundreds of pages that just repeat the text. I'd like to do this without having to join reddit to ask about each card, because reddit.

Response by poster: (I put "official" in quotes because it seems like the company has declined to do what I'm asking for, but I'd like a place to go for convincing, or widely accepted, interpretations.)

Best answer: Pokemon Rulings Compendium

Best answer: I use Bulbapedia the most, but sometimes you can find the rulings sheet that came out with a keyword but not always. I'm a Pokémon TO and they don't have a real resource, even for us.
