Organize my thoughts

I need help structuring my thoughts and feelings. Please point me to guiding questions, templates, checklists, etc.

I process my feelings best by writing. Usually it's free-form journalling, but this time I want some help. I'm looking for thought-provoking questions, checklists, questionnaires, etc. that will help me organize my thoughts. If they can be specific to relationships, all the better, because that's what's top of mind right now.

Looking for online recs only, no books please. Thank you!

With the help of my partner, I created this little website of mindfulness journal prompts. They're not necessarily relationship focused, more about self-reflection . You'll get a random one each day for six months. Maybe you'll find it helpful.

No special focus on relationships, but I found these prompts interesting:

Max Frisch's Questionnaire.

1. What do we know, and what do we not know? [problem solving]

2. What do we have? What do we need? How can we use what we have to get what we need? [fantasy sports!]

3. Tell me what you want, what you really really want. [defining a problem/scope/specification]

I haven't had a chance to try it out much, but I just got recommended the Jour app for guided journaling prompts.
