Best videos or podcasts on attachment theory/styles in adults?

I'm a big fan of the book Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment. A friend and I were discussing attachment theory and relationships, and he's more likely to consume YouTube videos and podcasts than read a book, so I'd like to find some excellent video and audio resources (but not the audio book) for him on attachment theory and attachment styles in adults and how they can impact our intimate relationships.

I can find lots of short (under 10-minute) videos on YouTube, and quite a bit by dating coaches and non-experts. I'd like to find some meatier content. The video doesn't have to have exciting graphics. In fact, an expert giving a long talk would be just fine.

I can search just fine, so I'm really looking for recommendations from folks who might have specific videos, experts, or podcasts they've already watched or listened to. Thanks!

There are a couple of blog posts at this site, including one about relationships . You can also take their attachment style survey if that is of interest to you. It's for science!

Well, I don't have a precise answer, but you don't have many replies so...

Neil Strauss talks about Attachment and related ideas in this episode of the James Altucher podcast. BTW, The bibliography of Neil's Book, The Truth, is a great source for more reading on this and related topics.

Esther Perel's podcast Where Should We Begin gets at this sort of kind of some of the time. It's edited therapy sessions with couples and it's incredible.

Best answer: Ooo the podcast Therapist Uncensored. All about attachment, neurobiology of attachment...they've got lots of content, some amazing guests - it's a great podcast! The very early episodes offer an overview of attachment styles. The later ones get into more detail.

Response by poster: Hey, all, this was all helpful. It confirmed that there's not much out there. I ended up buying the book Attached for my friend, who is eagerly reading it. The podcast Therapist Uncensored looks to be the closed to what I had in mind.
