Can you give me any information about the "074609 9 Drug" test, apparently given by SterlingTesting?

Best answer: Nine drug tests are nine drug tests; what's tested doesn't really switch from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you look at your results, you'll see that they're checking you for:
COC (cocaine)
AMP (amphetamines)
MAMP (methampetamine)
THC (marijuana)
MTD (methadone)
OPI (opiate)
PCP (uhh...pcp)
BAR (barbiturates)
BZO (benzodiazepine)

While they can test you for MDMA (ecstasy), it's not included in a 9 drug panel. Also, if you take oxycodone it may or may not be detected by the OPI test (but they could check for that specifically, too, if they wanted with a more sensitive separate test).

delmoi, when I went to that website, I saw a caucasian (vaguely asian?) woman with dark hair and big teeth. bitch be riding the white horse, for sure.

2 related questions: I had taken a drug test about 2 weeks after minor surgery and was still taking vicodin - the lady at the drug test center said they only test for illegal drugs - so do they pick up on the vicodin or not?

I'm on a benzo now (Klonopin) - so if they detect it will they just ask if I have a prescription?

IndigoRain, it depends on the levels in your system. If they *do* get a positive result for one of the drugs tested, someone from the drug testing facility is supposed to contact you before they report it as a positive to your employer. You give them your excuse for the positive ("duuuuude, I was a party and people were toking up, but I totally didn't"). If it's something actually reasonable (you have a prescription for a drug that can cause a positive for the compound found in your urine), then it's not reported as a positive for illegal drug use. Note that the result in such cases isn't a false-positive; the compound really is in your urine. A piss test can't be a specific test for "illegal drugs" only, it tests for "drugs" period. How would an assay know the compound detected came from something illegal or not? But what they ultimately report is testing positive for illegal drug usage, so if you have a legitimate Klonopin rx, you should supposedly be okay.

Warning: if you should test positive, and they make a reasonable attempt to reach you, if they can't get ahold of you the result can be reported as a "confirmed positive."

understandably, the side convo about the specrum of people on sterlingtesting's site got deleted. but in response to delmoi's removed declaration that this guy looks like he has a stash of quaaludes from the 80's: mother's little helpers can't be detected in piss tests. that's why he's the ceo, man; he knows these things.
