Can't find the song, can't get it out of my head, tell me what it is?

I think it's from a kids movie, possibly a cartoon, probably from the 80's or 90's. 95% sure it's a male voice singing. The only lyric I remember is something like "you've got to have a name" or "you have to have a name," and then there's something about Spain. It's driving me nuts because I'm giving a talk about how to name things (businesses, classes, courses, etc.) in a couple months, and I'd like to reference the song. If you can help me find it!

Any way it's the Muppets Classic Theatre, "Gotta Get that Name" Youtube?
You could always record yourself humming or singing it for us.
