Awesome conference or training?

My work has some money this year to send me to a conference or training within the US. Are there any fun or useful ones people can recommend? Fields can range from cool methods trainings, social sciences, tech, youth, fed policy, consumer behavior, logistics.... if it’s something really interesting or that you’ve enjoyed, I can spin it!

I think this falls into your categories. Eyeo Festival is the best conference I've been to. It's incredibly inspiring and gave me a ton of ideas to take back to my workplace.

I have not been, but have heard great things about Constructing Modern Knowledge.

People I know have gotten a lot out of Allied Media Conference.
