There's the old classic, "Beat Me, Daddy, Eight to the Bar."
This is most likely an edge case, since the daddy in question is a musician and not specifically named as the narrator's lover. It's more in the sense of "Daddy-O." But he's not her father, if that counts.

Someone already mentioned Fats Waller, but Find What They Like also has a "daddy" line -- "My daddy's nice as he can be." I thnk there are more Waller songs with daddy too.
