"I Love You" Oldies Song Identification

There is an oldies song, probably from the 50's, and I would consider it a makeout song. There is a male solo singer with backup harmonies. The main lyric is "I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you" The first "I" begins as a pick-up note to even triplets. I|love you I|love you I|love you I|love you I|love you I|love you I|love you And that last love you is duple. 6|565|532|121|161|232|161|32 The 6 in measures 4 and 6 is low, below the tonic. HELP!

I love that song. I think I remember reading in the liner notes of the CD I first heard it on that it was originally performed by Nat King Cole.

Also remade by Rod Stewart recently. Only Sam Cooke did the "I love you I love you I love you"s though.
