It's another "identify this [alternative, techo-poppy] song" question!

I woke up this morning to a song on a radio station I had playing overnight. It was super catchy, catchy enough to wake me up. The only part I remember was the end of the song, where the phrase "we don't sleep" or "we can't sleep" was repeated over and over. Deets inside.

This site amazed me years ago helping me to identify an instrumental song. Hoping for help again.

I awoke this morning to a song that I can only describe as "techno-poppy." It definitely had electronic influence, but it's NOT a techno song. It has pop influence, but was not a pure pop song. The only part I was able to write to memory as I woke up this morning was the end, where the vocals sang a phrase, that might be "we can't sleep" but I believe is more likely "we don't sleep" two times, followed by a brief, eightish-note melody that sounded more like it was based on a piano than a guitar, though it was more synth/computery than either of those. My amateur attempt at recreation of this sequence:
[
"We don't sleep
We don't sleep"
Doodle-doodle doo doo doo doo
]
Repeated at least four times at the end of the song.

The song played on "AltRadio.org," a station that's part of the NPR-driven station WHRV in Hampton Roads, VA (although I'm in Texas - I <3 the Internet). They describe themselves thus: "AltRadio.org is WHRV's great, deep mix of progressive and alternative music. It's Indie, rock, blues, folk, Americana and oldies." The song is a good fit for this description, up through the word "rock," and this is the stuff I love to listen to - hence playing it overnight as I sleep. The website does NOT have a "recently played" playlist, and I'm unable to find any phone number to contact. AltRadio.org is WHRV's HD-2 station, so I'm not even confident there IS a DJ to call. Rather, I think it's just a programmed playlist typical of HD-2 stations, especially ones that rely on fundraising drives.

I know that's not a lot to go on, but the denizens of this site have amazed me in the past, so I'm holding out hope here as well. Thanks in advance!

Response by poster: Har Mar Superstar's We Dont Sleep?

That turns out to be a pretty cool song too, so thanks for that! It's not the one I awoke to this morning, though.

You never said if the vocals were from a male or female, which would help a lot. Anyway, maybe you got the lyrics wrong and it's We Won't Sleep.

That was dumb of me, yeah. Male vocals, and a performance that sounded more like the output of a band than of an individual.

Could you hum/play the melody using Vocaroo or an online sequencer?

Here To Stay by New Order fits most of the criteria listed, and you can kind of hear the word "sleep" in the title phrase if you squint your ears.
