window sign encouragement

I have teammates that are stuck in a boardroom for 4 days, listening in on what basically amounts to a 4 day long conference call where they are basically expected to just listen in quietly and are only there in case there happens to be a question. Needless to say they aren't having a super fun week. I want to stick encouraging and/or funny messages on the boardroom window to help cheer them up and break the boredom a bit. What funny things messages should I write?

Very high level details, they are a bunch of BAs (business analysts), the clients they are on the call with are across Canada, we're all I.T. Consultants. Our office christmas party is tomorrow, so maybe some play on that could be good.

Signs can be general encouragement, puns, christmas/winter related, etc. Just nothing client bashing.

Buy a dartboard. Put the call on mute and let them throw darts while they listen.

"Margaritas in the break room!"

---5 minutes later---

"Sorry! All gone!"

I wonder if coloring books and colored pencils might help? That way they can be doing something to stave off utter boredom, while still listening to the call.

What if you put up riddles or mind benders, then replaced them periodically with the answers and new ones?

My coworker used to be obsessed with animal facts. He’d walk in like- WHAT ANIMAL CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PAINTINGS OF PABLO PICASSO AND CLAUDE MONET? And then leave. It would kill me until an hour later he pops in like- PIGEONS! And leave.

Maybe you can do this in a sticky note format. Example: http://mentalfloss.com/article/86578/50-incredible-animal-facts-youll-want-share

I would have to choose between:

"MORE LIKE BOREDROOM AM I RITE?"

and

"Multiple Choice: If you choose an answer to this question at random, what is the chance you will be correct?
A) 25%
B) 50%
C) 60%
D) 25%"

If you can stick around to hold it up for a while, I think an iPad showing videos of pretty much anything would be amazing.

Small pictures of bricks or stones, which you build up -- maybe one every quarter-hour or so -- row-by-row, until the whole window is bricked up Cask of Amontillado-style...say, finishing Friday just after lunch?

(Offer them some wine when they get out, if they're literature fans.)

Post up this sign on the window and let loose the great BA debate of 2018: HOW SHOULD A DOG WEAR PANTS?

A conference call bingo card. Give them small post-its they can use as markers.

I would laugh if 4 coworkers showed up and did YMCA a few times in the window.
