What percentage for the salesperson?

Does anyone happen to know what an "industry standard" percentage might be for an independent salesperson in the media industry (commercials/animation/print/etc.)?

If it helps, average individual budget for projects brought to the studio range between $100k and $300k with 3 to 4 projects secured per year.

No other payments beyond this percentage are expected to be made (no salary, etc.).
