What are these lights on the Andaman Sea?

I saw these lights last year while flying from Hong Kong to Colombo -- the photo was taken from around 30,000 feet. I'm pretty sure I shot the photo flying above the Moscos Islands off Dawei, Myanmar.

Fishing boats? They use green LEDs to attract squid.

Response by poster: Aha, that must be it. Thank you. The squid fishery on the Echizen coast, where I live when in Japan, does the same thing. I should have clued in more quickly!
