Good karaoke pubs in Toronto

Looking to host a pub night with karaoke somewhere in the downtown Toronto area. Hope me please.
I'm looking to hold a social event for about 30-40 people which will allow for mixing, drinking, snacking, and optional karaoke. Because the emphasis is more on socializing and less on karaoke, I do not want to book a karaoke lounge like Bar+. I know about The Office Pub on John St; they are fully booked on the night in question.
Can you suggest other downtown-area establishments that might fit the bill, in the area basically bordered by Spadina, Bloor, and Sherbourne?
