Left Tabbouleh out overnight - is it still safe?

It's been a while since I've seen one of these questions, and I hoped I'd never have to ask one, but hey, here we are. I made a batch of tabbouleh last night. It's mainly bulgur wheat, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, orange bell pepper, and mint. I made it at like 6 PM, refrigerated it, then had some at around 10 PM and left the whole thing out overnight until about 8:30 AM this morning, so around 10.5 hours. It seems fine and smells fine. Should I toss it or eat it?

Response by poster: Oh, there are also green onions in there, and some salt and pepper.

Best answer: I’m not sure what in there would go bad. Unless the bell pepper is excessively soft or even slimy, def eat it.

Best answer: bulgur wheat, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, orange bell pepper, and mint

None of this would go off if left out on their own and the only thing there I would actually keep in the fridge anyway is the pepper, but only to increase the shelf life from a few days to a week or more. It'll be fine.

Best answer: Agreed - I am admittedly adventurous in this area, but have eaten all-vegetable/grain dishes left out overnight on more than one occasion w/no ill effects.

I live in a home where things like this do get left out overnight and I eat them with gusto.

Regularly. Unless you're immune compromised, I would say go for it.

It's probably better now, so long as it didn't end up too soggy.
