Anyone ever try to return something to ModernRock.com?
I got a bum CD. They mailed me a shipping label for a return, but not the big scary "return authorization number" they emphasize needing for a replacement. A few days of emails have gone ignored. Anyone have a phone number or something?

This is when you contact your credit card company and tell them you're disputing the charges. Having them on your side will force them to take action in a way that an angry phone call won't.
