Help me find a travel/food article about pizza-related food of Italy.

This was an article about regional food of Italy running the gamut from "almost, but not, pizza" to "very distantly related to pizza but if I squint I can see it."
Like, I think one of the foods was a thin crust spread with some sort of anchovy paste, and maybe rolled up.
Metafilter is the sort of place to have enjoyed this article, but I can't find a trace of it, so I must have found it elsewhere, and now I can't seem to find it again. It's been hours looking. I'm going crazy. Please help.

Oh whoops, not an article, but still a delicious recipe.

Response by poster: :D Not an article, but that absolutely won't stop me from making and consuming a great deal of it.
And yeah, this was very much the sort of thing in the article, though the article didn't have recipes, just more an tour of various foods existing in the pizza penumbra.
