TaskbarFilter: Can I clone/mirror my Windows XP taskbar onto my secondary monitor, completely?

I used to use my crap secondary monitor for Trillian and watching video. I just picked up a gorgeous 20.1" Widescreen Dell LCD, and now have two monitors suitable for use as a "primary" display.

I'd love to be able to have my entire taskbar cloned on both monitors.

I'm currently using Ultramon, which creates a secondary taskbar on my secondary display, sans Start menu and System Tray. (Though the publisher says it's a planned feature for version 3 of the software, release date TBD.)

Does anyone know of any other applications that allow this? I've looked at Oscar's Taskbar thing, and it's not too keep on using the XP style and also doesn't replicate the Start menu. I'm beginning to think my only option here is to wait until the next version of UltraMon comes out, but I'm hoping someone's heard of another solution.

At first, I immediately thought of the Windows Virtual Desktop Manager, but I don't know if it does dual monitor support or not (can't test it for ya, unless you want to give me a second monitor). ;) Worst part is, I can't find any pages saying whether or not it supports it either. Everything I can find says Ultramon is the best thing out there right now.

MultiMonitor TaskBar 2.x might do it. Go Properties, Add TaskBar also to Left monitor.

I could swear that UltraMon lets you do that -- it's even called "mirror" mode, and it's mentioned on their features list here. I'm not at work, with my two-monitor system, so I can't check to see where the setting is... but I remember it being there, because I've used it.

UltraMon's developer has mentioned on his forums that the feature is planned for version 3. Mirroring versus standard is just indicative of which programs appear: That monitor's programs, or all programs.

MultiMonitor was slow and did have the clock, but no start menu.
