cool stilts from commercial

In the beginning of this ad for Zurich Insurance (link is to an MPG video) there is a kid running on these interesting stilts.

If it's an effect, it's a really good one, and there are a bunch more people running on them later in the commercial. I was just wondering if anyone knew if they were real and where a person might obtain them. I looked around and only found links to the commercial-type stilts that people use in construction. I'm not even totally sure you would classify these things as stilts, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place....

Best answer: Yep. Powerskips, aka Powerisers. Here's a user page explaining them in greater detail.

I know that they use something similar to this at Disneyland and in California Adventure, in the parades that are currently running. I found them refered to as bounce stilts.

Response by poster: Yep. That's it. Yet another thing for me to break another collarbone on. I figure since Segways have been outlawed on most sidewalks you could get away with these. Seriously...nine-foot strides? I wonder what a marathon would be like in those things.
