What is this journaling prompt I've forgotten?

I'm almost certain I came across a journaling prompt on the green a few years ago, with three (or more?) daily objectives.

I'm pretty sure there were three daily objectives with specific single word names. I think the names made a handy memorable (...but obviously not that memorable) acronym. You would write something on how you'd done something for each objective. It was framed as being helpful for mental healthiness and gratitude. I think there was a balance between interior and exterior- e.g. something you did for others, something you did for yourself, etc. But it was more specific than that.

It's not POET from this recent answer. The style of prompt is right though, with the acronym title.
It's also not any of the ones in this recent question.

Is it EGS?

Everyday you write something you:
- enjoyed
- are grateful for
- were satisfied with

Response by poster: Sadly not EGS. It was more concrete, like heart/body/work or something. I guess I’ll have to find my old diaries if I want to figure this one out!

Response by poster: Ha! Found it! It was ACE (achievement - closeness - enjoyment)
