Comic about the first alien port on Earth?

Looking for a fairly recent comic book series about some rent-a-cops who guard an alien spaceport on Earth.
The aliens aren't really hostile but more indifferent to earthlings, but when they come out of the spaceport need to be guarded to stop them killing earthlings or being killed due to culture shock. The port is an economic endeavor, not so much a political or diplomatic one. Nobody knows much about the aliens. There is an evil corporation running things.
It's gritty and dark and despairing and for the life of me I can't remember its name.
