ESPN Zone is closed. What's the next best option for that sort of thing?

Specifically, a sports bar with a 50' screen and recliners that you can find in metro areas (or at least, LA, NY, Boston, DC, SF, etc.).

If there is no equivalent that's a chain, are there any good sports bars of the same scope in specific locales?

I don't know of any successful, national chains of sports bars. You can search for "sport bar {location}", e.g. "sports bars san francisco" and find local lists of best sports bars such as this one from sf.eater.com.

Manning's in New Orleans has the recliners and huge screen thing. It's not a chain exactly, but it is operated by Harrah's and other Harrah's/Caesar's casinos across the country have similar sports bar setups under different names.
