Bookmark manager / Knowledge base app with automation

I'm looking for a bookmark manager / knowledge base app (either web or mac) that can take a big folder of saved URLs, load the contents, auto tag each item, and then let me quickly search based on tag/topic or full text search, providing me a quick list of all matches. I don't want to have to manually tag/sort the items on import.

I don't have a good suggestion for autotagging, but I do have suggestions on finding other people's tags and for full text search.

Wallabag is like Pocket or Instapaper; you can host it yourself or use their website. It has full text search.

Pinboard is a bookmarking site, with an archiving add on. There's an annual fee for the site and for archiving. You'd get full text search, and some suggested tags from other users.

Someone posted their project, reminiscence, to Hacker News; it includes bookmarking, archiving, and auto-tagging.
