Family Dashboard?

Does anyone have a one-stop digital way to see what's going on and important to the family? My wishlist inside....

So, I used to be pretty tech-savvy so maybe there's a roll-your-own that I should investigate but here's what I'm looking for:

- Calendars - we all use gmail and its calendars
- Bank balances for specific accounts
- Grocery list
- To-do list - we have several productivity tools that we use/have used - Trello, Asana, Wrike

I'd be interested in something we can mount on the wall in the kitchen. I have some old iPads that I could use for this if that's a route. And I'm welcome to hear how you all monitor the daily life digitally.

There's a (free software) project called Magic Mirror that uses a Raspberry Pi to drive an old PCD. There are tos of open modules for adding in your calendar, etc, but it takes some work:

There is also DAKboard, which isn't totally free, but seems more feature-ful. You can build your own from an LCD, or buy one of theirs:
https://dakboard.com/site

A third option for the web-savvy would to build up a web page with a bunch of frames, load your various data sources into each one, and then run that on a RaspberryPi and an LCD (and headless, "kiosk-mode" Chromium web browser that only loads your local web page at startup). Keep a tiny wireless keyboard nearby for occasional input. Definitely more work, but exactly what you want.

I have put together a MagicMirror but not integrated my Google calendar. You might have more luck with DAKboard. *shrug*
