Is there a wiki that supports tagging pages?

Is there a wiki program out there that supports tagging content pages? Ideally I'd like to be able to tag pages to make it easier to navigate. PHP preferred but not entirely necessary.

MediaWiki's categories are indistinguishable from tags, in the folksonomy sense (not the HTML element sense).

CLiki has typed topic links, which are functionally similar to tags.

(revgeorge, are MediaWiki's categories different from traditional wikiwiki categorization-by-backlinks?)

I think Oddmuse has some kind of extension that allows tagging of pages.

TiddlyWiki - though it's a local wiki, not server-installed.

bpt: They are. A list of pages in the category show up under the page text for category pages.

For example, MetaFilter's Wikipedia article shows up in the category Blogs, which is a sub-category of websites.
