Looking for appointment software that also handles tasks & other stuff

I'm looking for software where I can set appointments for my sales team, create tasks/reminders/deliverables for myself, and one that will automatically send confirmation and follow up emails to customers. Basically a calendar on steroids that can handle some lead management and send emails, or at the very least prompt me to. If there is a mobile option for the salesmen to use for their appointments, then that's a bonus.

You're looking for CRM software. I work at the expensive high end - Salesforce, Microsoft, some others - but I believe there are a number of cloud-based lower-price-point options that'll do mobile and calendar integration, and there's probably some happy users here who can recommend theirs - Zoho and Freshsales are two I know by name.

It sounds like you may be looking for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, which will usually include some form of mobile app, calendaring, task management, email templates, and lead tracking. This type of software used to be very expensive and time-consuming to set up and learn to use, but at this point there are a ton of free & very easy-to-use CRM apps (they make their money by charging for larger teams or enterprise-level features, but you may never need those).

Here's a list of 15 free CRMs; I can personally recommend Hubspot CRM, the top-ranked option on that list. I'd recommend checking out a few of these options so you can get a sense of how this type of software works and whether it would work for you and your team.
