Selling theater tickets without overexertion

I bought a pair of tickets to a Broadway play that, due to my apparent inability to track my own calendar, I can't use. The play is "Lobby Hero" -- high-profile but not a sell-out and not something people are clamoring for. I'd like to sell the tickets on the secondary market and recoup at least some substantial portion of what I paid for them and I'm willing to take a loss if it means I can definitely get them off my hands without a great deal of effort. What's the easiest way to do this?

I've put them on Stubhub for substantially below what people there seem to be asking for comparable tickets, but no one seems to be biting. Should I just keep lowering the price until they're gone? The show's April 1.

I would be patient, it's still early. The show opens on March 26th, and the reviews will bring about extra press and eyeballs interested in seeing the show. If the show is panned, then I'd think about lowering the price.

FWIW, I gave my Dad the same advice in a similar situation, and the tickets sold. My record is yet unblemished!

My husband uses Twickets for this but I agree you should wait a bit.
